About Us
NautiGreens, LLC is an urban farm based in Jacksonville, NC. My passion of growing and producing our own food’s gave inspiration from my grandparents and mother. Coming from the Philippines my grandparents and mom knew growing your own food was the best way to take care and feed their family. Now retired from the Marine Corps has allowed my family to set roots down and create NautiGreens, LLC in September 2023.
Our Focus
Microgreens are our focus. While we are not certified organic, we do practice organic techniques and pride ourselves on being able to grow clean, nutritious, and tasty food. Our soil is sourced from local certified producers and seeds from sustainable organic producers. We try to be as sustainable and earth friendly as we can. We compost vegetable scraps from some of our restaurants and given to Crystal Coast Compost to keep recyclable organic matter out of our landfills that can be re-used to grow additional crops. All our microgreens are grown in trays that are washed and re-used. We believe we must continually improve quality, customer satisfaction and awareness to sustain our local communities for years to come.
Our Team
Currently our team is my wife Sara and I. Our dream of being able to support our family with our passion and family history of producing high quality, gorgeous and delicious tasting food we have ever experienced pushed us to start NautiGreens. Our focus is primarily on microgreens. We got into microgreens because it allowed us to grow fresh produce that is high in nutrients and doesn’t require a lot of land for production. Our microgreen production is all indoors to create a more controlled environment to supply consistent quality to our customers.
